Maggie Checho's family for years, has owned &
operated
Lima Golf
& Country Club, a golf course and restaurant just
south of Rochester, NY. Years ago when her
father-in-law, John Checho, was still with them, the
two used to bicker back and forth about the best way
to cook and prepare food - thus good natured
bickering led to a $5 bet about who could make the
best hot sauce - something that became Maggie's 20
year occupation. |

Over the years, Maggie's recipe took off and became
very popular. The golfers put it on
everything! At the start of every season, they
would say they were looking forward to the hot sauce
as much as the golf. They always wanted to
know when Maggie was going to bottle and sell it. |

Now, with many thanks to her friends and family,
Maggie's Famous Hot Sauce is finally available for
sale. Maggie hopes you enjoy it as much as the
golfers have over the years. |
